With today's changes, many farmers are getting away from raising tobacco and instead are supplementing their income with beef cattle. Kentucky has the largest inventory of beef cattle this side of the Mississippi and continues to grow. We are in the process of promoting and educating the public about the production, distribution, and selling of beef from the farm to the marketplace.
