| 1. Open to all Kentucky Residents, $25.00 entry fee. |
| 2. Contestants must attach a photo copy of Birth Certificate or I.D. for proof of age. |
| 3. Contestants must be single, never married and never had children. |
| 4. All contestants will compete in an opening number of Western wear, evening gown and onstage question. |
| 5. Contestants must use appropriate behavior at all times or risk being disqualified. |
| 6. Contestants must never have been in trouble with the law or convicted of a felony. |
| 7. Score sheets will not be given back. |
8. Score:
Western wear 30%
On-stage question 40%
Evening gown 30% |
| 9. Miss Congeniality will be judged. |
