We would like to take the time to thank you for last year’s donation to Kentucky’s Fort Harrod Beef Festival. This town festival would not be possible without our sponsors. Again, the planning committee would like to invite you to be a part of something SPECTACULAR. We will hold our 3rd annual Fort Harrod Beef Festival in Harrodsburg, Kentucky on June 6-8, 2008. We would like for you to share in our excitement and join us in this celebration of BEEF and community spirit by advertising your business as a sponsor to this festival.
We are expecting to host 30-35 teams at the Grill-Off competition and we estimate our visitors will consume hundreds of pounds of beef brisket, steak, chili and burger. There will be many expenses that will include the cost of the beef for the competition, trophies, live entertainment, awards, signs, advertising, tents and many other items.
We are offering sponsorships on 4 different levels.

- Silver Sponsor $250.00
- Bronze Sponsor $100.00
Sponsors will be recognized on a banner displayed at the main Grill-Off Awards stage, on our printed schedule distributed prior to the event and including that weekend, on materials with other printed ads, radio announcements, and you will also receive a yard-sign stating that you are a sponsor of Kentucky’s Fort Harrod Beef Festival. We are expecting significant media coverage from major market areas, such as Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati.
