7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Bourbon Tasting sponsored by Jim Beam at the Kentucky Fudge Company. Tickets are $25 per person and must be 21 or older to participate

5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Main Concession Booth operated by Mercer County Cattlemen’s Association
5:00 PM: Pageant Interviews – Miss & Teen – Horse Show office
5:30 PM: Griller’s Meeting in Floral Hall
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Carnival Corral, Inflatables and Laser Tag for kids – all FREE
7:00 PM - 11:30 PM: FREE Music - DJ by David Best
7:00 PM - ?: Pageants - Miss, Teen, Pre-teen & Young Miss in Center Ring
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: FREE Grill-Off Burger and Sauce Samples from Grill Off Teams
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Wine & Cheese Tasting (Ticket required - $20.00 per person – must be 21 or older to
participate) with a Silent Auction benefitting Dustin Worthington “I Love Cows” Essay Program
8:00 PM: Hamburger turn in time for Judging and Sauce Competition

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: 5 K Run/Walk – “Stampede & Poke Along” (Main Street – downtown Harrodsburg),
$20.00 fee

9:30 AM -10:00 AM: Awards for 5 K
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Carnival Corral, Inflatables and Laser Tag for Kids – all FREE!
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Paintball – 10 shots for $5
9:00 AM: Registration for Youth pageants (0-7 years old, boys & girls) - center ring
10:00 AM: Baby, Tiny & Little Mr. & Miss Pageants (center ring)
10:00 AM: Kentucky Beef Council Grilling Demonstrations and Education all day
10:00 AM: Kentucky State 4H/FFA Harrodsburg District Dairy Show (under livestock show arena)
11:00 AM (approx.): Diaper Derby, immediately following pageants (center ring) – crawlers only
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Antique and Classic Car Cruise-In (Behind Young’s Park)
11:45 AM (Approx.): Start the sale of Bracelets for the Grill-Off Sampling and People’s Choice Award ($6.00 each)
11:00 AM: 1st Professional Chef Demonstration (under the tent)
12:00 PM (Approx.): Start Sampling of Grill-Off Team Beef Products
12:00 PM -12:45 PM: FREE Live Entertainment (under tent) – “Be Square”
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Youth Backyard Burger & Steak Competition
1:00 PM: 2nd Professional Chef Demonstration (under the tent)
